Joining High Tech in January, 2004 as Business Manager, Rosemarie became a partner in October 2005. Currently, President and Business Manager, Rosemarie is responsible for technical research, product quoting, billing, sales, advertising, human resources and general accounting of the company.
Prior to moving to Meadville, she was a native of Phoenix, Arizona where she attended Arizona State University. Her prior professional career of 20 years was in municipal government.
