Joining High Tech in January, 2004 as Business Manager, Rosemarie became a partner in October 2005. As Vice-President and Business Manager, Rosemarie is responsible for technical research, product quoting, billing, sales, advertising, human resources and general accounting of the company.
Prior to moving to Meadville, she was a native of Phoenix, Arizona where she attended Arizona State University. Her prior professional career of 20 years was in municipal government.
