Randy is a lifelong resident of the Saegertown/Meadville area, graduating from Saegertown High School in 1990. Coming from a previous tool making career, he earned an Associate in Specialized Business-Computer Information Systems with a minor in Networking from Tri-State Business Institute in Erie, PA. Randy also holds certifications with ComptTIA as an A+ and Network+ Certified Professional.
As one of the company's on-site service technicians, Randy's areas of expertise include local and wide-area networking, Internet connectivity and security, and hardware troubleshooting and repair. He is also experienced in Cisco networking technology. Prior to joining High Tech's staff, he was employed at Conneaut School District, PA as a technology support technician in the district's IT department.
