Art is the retired Vice President for Finance for Penn-Union Corporation. He has extensive experience in staff management, customer service, human resources, accounting, purchasing, and information systems.
A resident of Meadville for 20 years, Art originally joined High Tech as the Business Manager in April of 2000. He is now the Company's Financial Consultant.
